Our jewels are made using a variety of high quality materials including stainless steel, goldfilled, fresh waster pearls, baroque pearls, and mother or pearls. If you need more information regarding materials please contact us at hello@dirosejewelry.com
To keep them always looking like new, please store them in their individuals bags after using them to avoid scratches. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. We recommend never to be worn in the pool or the ocean. If you are traveling pack them carefully in a box for to avoid weight against them.
All Sales Are Final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if you do encounter any issue with your order, including but not limited to receiving the wrong items), damaged items), or missing items), please contact us at hello@dirosejewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue you are facing. Please also provide photos of your issue it applicable.
